Hazoor Nabi ﷺ used to treat his wives with patience and cordially. Many a times there were added a bit of joyfulness and humor. Once Hazrat Aisha (رضی اللہ عنھا) cooked Harira dish and served to the Prophet ﷺ. Hazrat Aisha (رضی اللہ عنھا) also invited Hazrat Sauda (رضی اللہ عنھا) “you should also eat”. She refused; Hazrat Aisha (رضی اللہ عنھا) said “If you will not eat than I will rub it on your face”. She still refused; Hazrat Aisha (رضی اللہ عنھا) stood up and in a friction of time rubbed the Harira on Hazrat Sauda’s (رضی اللہ عنھا) face. When the Prophet ﷺ saw this he ﷺ smiled, than the Prophet ﷺ said to Hazrat Sauda (رضی اللہ عنھا) “Now you also rub Harira on Aisha’s face”. After saying this Hazoor Akram ﷺ held Hazrat Aisha (رضی اللہ عنھا) and Hazrat Sauda (رضی اللہ عنھا) stood up and rubbed the Harira on Hazrat Aisha’s (رضی اللہ عنھا) face. Hazoor ﷺ said “the best among you is the one who is the best to his family and I am the best to my family”. Look mister, all the previous incidents that I have written about Rasool ALLAH ﷺ being nice to wives, men are ordered to treat their wives as such. Men are ordered to follow these examples and treat their wives in a nice manner. Hazoor ﷺ said “pious wife is the one, when you see her you feel happy, when you give her any order she accept it and when you are away from home she takes care of your house and honor”.
